I think this must be some kind of reporting problem but there is an article from 4/17/24 saying Gary England passed away. Its not on any major media so l'm thinking it's false?

You would have to have demand for commercial development. In my small opinion, it seems it would make an incredible site for a distribution center or manufacturing facility.

I have no doubt that is true but the justification of awarding an amount so far in excess of the worth of the land would be interesting to read.

FWIW, I am not a fan of the look in that photograph, either. Give me a simple traditional ranch design with Frank Lloyd Wright -esque horizonal touches.

Just asking but what NIMBY issue would there be in a COOP location? There is little residential anywhere near it. If a soccer stadium were built there l don't see who would oppose an amphitheater.
