I've been to Shake Shack and was pretty unimpressed given the following it has. It's a good burger, but it's nothing special.

I feel like this is the best thing of Nonesuch, Id Est is a fantastic group that has multiple Michelin Stars, they know this type of restaurant and will do a great job with them.

There are a lot of quality online options as well aside from the fast fashion setups. Especially on the mens side as typically we are more hesitant to go through the driving to a mall and shopping.

Agreed, I could see a second TJ's location, Edmond would be a great location, but not that strip.

I've got a few that I am concerned about as well, high rent areas or massive build outs that don't seem to be used as they should.
