Thanks for the info. Moving the intersection to the west sure seems to make for a complicated intersection with lights, train underpass, then immediately more lights.

I belatedly heard the city has dropped its plans to acquire U-haul’s parking lot (in order to extend Oklahoma Ave directly to the new boulevard), and instead has drawn up plans to reroute it again....
