Thanks for that RM, though I prefer the Dr. Hook version myself.
I wasn't aware that Dr. Hook did a cover version of the Shel Silverstein Classic.
(and i have a lot of versions of stuff by both of those artists. =)
(please don't let any of this detract from the alleged and confirmed "creepiness" factor attributed to the "democratic" candidate for president. thanks. again)
Speaking of Dr. Hook and Democrats and So On . . .
Another Campaign EpicRockJam: Just respell it with a K (in the interests of [c]larity. =)
How can anyone with a straight face claim the horrid national debt that exploded under his watch is the result of Bush and simply something Obama inherited? If it was as bad as all that, you'd think that he'd have cleared the decks and worked on that instead of trying to impose a health insurance scheme so he could claim a "signature achievement" while they had the power? And if it was as bad as all that, why the hell did he insist Afghanistan was the necessary war and double down? Obama has managed to just about bankrupt this country and he didn't even have to deal with 911 - he primarily picked up where Bush left off, adopted and expanded the erosion of our civil rights, expanded Afghanistan and focused on his ideological grab bag that he wanted to impose while he had the power. Have you looked at what has happened with entitlement spending? Check out the skyrocketing "disability" claims under his watch.
How about the democrat senate pass a frickin' budget? They can't for political reasons and he doesn't pressure his party because if they have to face the music of their own incompetence and corruption, the party will be over. It is a disgrace. The only people who look the other way are the fanatics who will defend him until their last breath. This is just flat out bad governing, no matter who is in power.
Those green loans have actually performed very well overall. The percent of debt that is due to Obama policy versus Bush policy versus policies they both endorsed are a matter of public record, so I don't think that argument is going to hold much water. If he had ended the Bush tax cuts or the prescription drug benefit(jointly responsible for a large portion of our debt) you would be equally mad about it. There is nothing that this man could have done that wouldn't have made you mad.
man does is political in nature and nothing to the contrary. There
was nothing that needed an apology.
However, if Obama wants to apologize for his policies that have
kept the economy or unemployment from improving, I'm all for it.
Obama is definitely devious, dishonest and creepy.
Then he would just be Sarah Palin. That's not who was elected.
I doubt if any of the extreme leftist of the board are changing but I heard somebody say last night that even some of the more moderate liberals are finally waking up to how creepy and destructive Obama is.
Creeps me out.
You got THAT right, dude . . .
(or should that be "me three"....?)
He even made that mystery pic appear down there. Creepy.
I am so glad massive beards went out of style. Would that mustaches follow their lead.
Yes, I heard somebody say that the moderate liberals hate him so much, they continue to make his approval ratings rise just so they can smack him down by voting for somebody else.
In fact, if you throw out Rasmussen, who somehow always shows an extreme negative when all the others show positives, he's up to his post Bin Laden high.

If you don't inhale . . .
Do you still get a craving for a dog burrito?
(To go hunting with Dick Cheney you have to have a hole in your head . . . and I have half a mind to quit.)
Rasmussen, last I checked, was still using their October 2010 likely voter model.
Is "last I checked" related in any way to "just 'heard someone say'" . . ?
Nah. I didn't think so.
No, it isn't. In this case it actually WAS true at some point. Rasmussen even tried to defend it lol.
