Default This November's State Questions

In another thread it was brought up that we will be voting on several state questions this year in November. I thought I'd post a link to them here and see if anyone had any opinions on them. I am surprised that there are so few; I could have swarn there was much talk of several other high-profile SQ's being on this year's ballot. I'm assuming they must be tied up in legal proceedings.

Why are the legislators coming to us to get approval on those questions? Why didn't they pass them in the State Capitol? With the possible exception of the one selling wine, they don't seem controversial.

I would have like to have instead vote on allowing for medical marijuana, ballot access reform, and making it easier to gather the required number of signatures to bring an initiative up for a state wide vote.

My legalese is pretty rusty, but the last one regarding sale of wine to liquor stores and restaurants seems good.

If something in the state Constitution is going to be changed, there's got to be a vote, whether the measure originated in the legislature or among the voters. And all these questions do affect the Constitution, as is noted in the first line of each.
