That's a little misleading. It says Republicans used "Sept 11" 2 times. TWICE? That's crap. They may have only said the actual words twice...But Guiliani referred to it more than that all on his own. Same with the word "Obama".

Same with the Democrats and the word "Bush". You KNOW they inferred it a lot more than the actual number of times they actually used his name.

Still an interesting bubble...chart....thingy...
