Default Favorite cartoon pet

Who is your favorite cartoon pet? And why?

I like Brian from "Family Guy." He is cool, he is hip, he is brash, and he is quite intellegent.

And he's a social drinker.

I want a dog that's a social drinker. I think we'd get along better.

But, wouldn't you find it depressing that such an intelligent, capable dog would have a life span of maybe 15 years? Tragic.

If I were that dog, I'd drink too.

According to this interview with Jim Davis (the creator of the cartoon), he's half jack russell and half terrier.

My all time favorite has to be Garfield. He is such a laid back cat that loves to have fun.......and loves to eat.

Hey. Getting drunk is a lot of fun... And healthy too. I might just buy Brian a drink.
