Default Must have Toys

Here we go again.. how did Christmas get here so soon! I still remember last year going to every website and store known to man, trying to find a Wii.. the only thing the kids wanted... heavy sigh.

So, what's new this year that your kids want but you think it will be hard to find?

So far for me?

Transformers Toys.
Optimus Prime Movie Leader 2007 - ugh. Sold out everywhere.

Thank God for Ebay.

What do your kids want and will you be able to find it for them?

You mean there are toys out there that haven't been recalled?

Although I am a doting "granny" - I've already told my daughter that I will not give my grandson any toys this year. With new recalls weekly, I have no idea who to trust, so Drew gets a couple of $50 savings bonds instead!

He'll thank me for it someday, even if it's not very enticing for a 2 1/2 year old.

I decided to cut out the middle man this year and just bought my kids a big rock of lead.
