Are things finally in the works for the Tower Theater as per Steve's blog?
An Interest Worth Watching | OKC Central
John Fowler, I would think, has the financial gravitas to get something done if he takes an interest. That is very exciting news.

It seems the time is now for the Tower with everything else falling in place around it.
Until it is brought back to life, 23rd is still going to have a massive hole.
Exciting news but we've been teased for over seven years about this project.
Time for Marty Dillon to take a bow.
Gone to the ballpark. Go Tribe!
Interesting. So the owners are trying to sell the theatre, hopefully to the Fowler VW guy.
I went to lunch at Big Truck Tacos today and overheard Kathryn Mathis (aka small twin) talking about something going on at a new location on 23rd between Grandad's and Cece's wigs across from Tucker's. The people she was talking to asked if there was going to be any work done to the outside of the building and she probably not under the current building ownership. I am not sure if it will be a new concept or what it will be, but I thought it would be worth passing on.
Ya Ive heard from one of their partners that they have another restaurant concept going in there. Can't remember the type of food though.
A Good Egg offices(Former Tull Overhead Door bldg) application to the historic board:

Here are some images from that A Good Egg Group application.
Looks like they'll be adding lots of new windows to the south and west sides and restoring the old brick facade.
Are there any plans to beautify the street?
I'm sure they will do landscaping. Also I have read something about a new 23rd streetscape project but I don't know the details of that or if it' still in the works.
I'm catch22, and I approve this message.
Sometimes I just want to kiss that Good Egg. What an amazing company.
I think somewhere we need to erect a large egg statue and name a park after them.
Kidding aside, it is great to see them chugging along. That means they are being successful with their assets and plan on using those profits for aggressive expansion here. Hurray!
Admiring OKC from the sidewalk. Sidewalk Sid
This project (A Good Egg Group office) looks very good. Perhaps this should have its own thread, rather than just being buried in a general 23rd street thread.
Incidentally, whatever happened to Tull?
Should we start a petition for Good Egg to bring Market C back now that the catering will be relocating to bigger spaces?
