So, are there any guesses as to what kind of punishment Sutton will receive? I think they will slap his hand, and he will return to OSU as the head basketball coach. Celebrities and well know coaches never have to pay for their crimes.


Sutton to be arraigned Friday

STILLWATER -- Oklahoma State University basketball coach Eddie Sutton is set to make his first court appearance Friday on his aggravated drunken driving charge, the district attorney said.

Sutton, 70, is accused of driving drunk when he struck another vehicle, then crashed his university-provided 2006 Dodge Durango into a tree Feb. 10. He was charged Feb. 17 with the misdemeanor after his blood test revealed a blood alcohol concentration of .22, almost three times the legal limit.
His arraignment has been put off because he had back surgery and has been undergoing treatment for alcoholism.
