I know a guy who got hurt at work and his boss not only has not paid the medical bills, he was told he was fired if he did not come back to work when he ran out of vacation time to recoup. He is in construction and sliced his hand open while demo-ing a house. He wants to sue the guy in order to get proper medical care and his medical bills paid.
