Schultz lawsuit update
Oops........Schultz loses on 2 key motions
Local News | Judge hands Schultz setbacks | Seattle Times Newspaper I expected it would go that way on those two motions.

According to what I've heard, this motion makes Schultz responsible for legal fees of both PBC and the NBA if he loses this case.
Don't be suprised to see him bail out and evevtually drop this suit.
