Is anyone here perfect? Is anyone here looking for someone who is perfect?

Or maybe you'd settle for someone who is "perfect for you"?

Let's say you like different brands of toothpaste, could he/she still be perfect for you?

How much of someone are you willing to accept? What traits are absolutes for you?

My absolutes:

Fairly close to my age (30-45)
Gainfully employed
Has at least a GED
Practices decent hygeine
Drug- and disease-free
Honest but tactful
Has a decent sense of humor
Is NICE (I cannot stress this enough)
Good sex drive and is somewhat sexually appealing to me (this is also important)
No criminal record

Which of those traits are you finding hardest to meet?

The question you posed to Tracy , I would not mind helping put my 2 cents in.......things hard to find in men.....honesty.

Steph, that's just as hard to find in a woman....Maybe more so.

I look at it this way, honesty is about you and your values. It has nothing really to do with the sex of a person. People lie.

The age thing... the criminal record thing... and the sex drive/appeal thing.

A lot of guys might be nice, but then later you realize they're not attracted to you and only went out with you because YOU'RE nice too.

I don't think I know anyone with a criminal record...I can't believe that many people have been locked up.

That's not a trait that's been shared by EVERY man I've met, but a few of them, yes.
