Has anyone here tried the dating services around town that want an arm and a leg for thier service?

I would not even mess witth any of the paid dating services like matchmaker and singles station. In the end you spend thosands of dollars to meet someone you would have met anyway had you just networked with a few people.


You can just easily meet people through freinds and family. If that is not an option get involved in one of the many singles groups around OKC. Every church has singles group. If nothing else join volunteer organization like meals on wheels, habitat for humanity, Red Cross etc. etc. You may not find you someone who is a perfect 10. However, you will find a 7, 8 or 9 that you can connect with more than any 10 you will ever meet.

Had a friend that used to work for one of those companies and SHE said it was a scam!!! They didn't pay any attention to who they set people up with.


Try "Singlesnet.com". I have met a few interesting people from there.

Match.com if you want a girlfriend. eHarmony.com if you want a wife (but only if you're a straight Christian). Adultfriendfinder.com and/or Craigslist if you want a hooker.

Or OKCupid.com if you want to take a bunch of fun/silly tests and meet people for free.
