I have noticed recently, while traveling down S. Western, that they have torn down the convenience store that was on the NE. corner of the intersection of SW.104 & Western. They are also undergoing a major facelift on the old vacant Albertson's store. Does anyone have any idea what business is going in there?

PB Odom is building a strip center that will have about 14 tenants. He has yet, to the best of my knowlege, to lease any of it.

The convinience store is to prepare for more parking, or possibly a pad site.

The strip center will be in an Italian archetecture design, and from what I saw, will be quite nice.
