Not really what you might be thinking, just out of curiosity - what's on for dinner tonight or what did you have tonight?

I'm in the middle of a kitchen remodel so I get to have Chinese tonight..

Here goes:

Fried Wonton Dumplings

Roasted Pork with Garlic Sauce
Kung Pao Chicken

Fried Rice

And of course, Diet Coke because as you can probably tell, I'm watching my caloric intake lol

What are you having tonight.. ? Anything exotic or even interesting?

Spaghetti with meat sauce.

Not too exotic.

I had KFC, yum fried chicken.

couple of slabs of fried pork
couple of large spoons of mashed taters w/butter and cheese blended in
Some from scratch gravy laif out over all of it

I briefly glanced at the salad bowl when I went back for a second plate, but me and salad, we're not the best of friends.

I have no idea.

i remodeled my kitchen this past july, so i too have had my fill of takeout. yesterday evening, i ate light... i stir-fried some noodles and tossed in some chicken from the grill, glazed in lime juice, soy sauce & honey. it hit the spot. -M
