Someone was telling me about a bar that used to be called Fritzies, but is now called something else. Anyone know where and what kind of place it is? Thanks!

It's been a while since I was there, but I think it was on Meridian or Portland between NW 23rd and 36th. They used to have a great "freakers ball" around Halloween. Seems like it went rapidly downhill several years ago. I don't even know if it's still there or not.

It no longer exists. It used to be in the shopping center at NW 26th? and Portland. Right across the way from Don Quixotes. It was a rock dance club? Not really sure how to put it. You know the front part of Grahams where they don't play country? That's what this whole place was like. Lots of stone washed jeans and big hair. Oh and there was a strip joint in the back for women to watch the men take it all off.

Yeah, and Im pretty sure it was a 16yrs and up club too.

Not when I was going there it wasn't (but that was ~8 years ago).
