Default Got a friend moving to town..

He is wanting to live in or around DT. He is not going to be able to afford anything over $200k so I know the Hill, Centennial, Brownstones, Block 42 and numerous others are out due to that. I suggested against Deep Deuce because of a friends' experience. Any recommendations?

If he can get close to $200k, he won't have any problem buying smaller in Mesta Park.

What about Harvey Lofts, they had several under $200k, they have one unit left from being 100% sold out. It's under a "pending" contract, but its pending someone selling their other house. If someone has the money or loan ready to go, it can be bought. Also, Central Ave. Villas may have units less than $200k left or definitely he could get a Maywood Loft which should be finished by April 2009 (he could rent until then). Just some downtown ideas.

Wait a few weeks and there should be more units under $200k announced in the same area.
