Just wanted to point out that okcmarshalls. com redirects you to NBA.com. That obviously doesn't prove anything for certain, but if that's it, do you like Marshalls as OKC's nickname? It's the only one that does that. I actually like it alot.

You obviously missed the post about this on Seattle Times. Some dude in Deep Deuce apartments bought the website hoping to cash in. He at least could have picked a more likely name than "marshalls".

That dude is an idiot. In federal court he would lose the domain and pay up to $100,000 in statuatory damages.

Even without that.. you have interNIC complains that you can file, you can have a UDRP proceeding with ICAAN, you could simply complain to the registrar(godaddy in this casE) and they might just hand the domain over on principal.

Unless you live out of the USA you are an idiot for trying to squat on potential names for the team, and even if you live outside of the usa you better not offer to sell domain to the team or that alone is all the evidence ICAAN needs to take the domain from you.
