I believe they said sometime in August.

That would be pretty quick considering they just chose an architect.

Perhaps the architects being considered drew up preliminary drawings as part of the process and they will only be modified before a preliminary plan is presented.

Yes, all the articles have indicated AUGUST. That's pretty quick folks. Rome wasn't built in a day.

They weren't specific about a date... Just said August of this year, as in '08.
