I don't care how old it is. I think I am going to buy it and sell condos for $300 a square foot. No view but at least you don't have that busy freeway noise (sarcasm).

Too bad it's not going to be another Iguana Lounge. It's time that joint made a comeback... or, at least it's time their perfect margaritas made a comeback!
