I saw a promo last week for a story on one of the news stations that had compiled statistics on which retail locations had the most winners. Did anyone see that report?
This brings up a question in my mind. When the lottery commission distributes scratch-off game pieces is it completely random or do they know which stores get winning tickets? And if they know which stores get winning tickets how is that determined? |
