Since someone brought up the Indian Gaming establishments... I have a question. With the casinos in Vegas, laws require those casinos to have certain odds and to pay off a certain amount of the time. This guarantees a certain minimal level of winnings across the board for all casinos.
I was wondering if any such laws exist and apply to Indian casinos in Oklahoma? A friend leads me to believe that tribal casinos can set the odds on their slot machines and things like that at anything they want, but surely there is some governing body for this. |
