Harvey St. Grill
Ate lunch there today. It's at Between Park and Robert S. Kerr on Harvey, in the Court Plaza building. I had the Frito Chili Pie. The quality was excellent, however the portion sizes of their food seem to be small. Prices are reasonable for downtown although kind of on the high side. Expect to spend $6-9 dollars for lunch.
