Does anyone know if Pei Wei is officially open in University Park in Norman or were they just having a soft opening the other day when there were about a thousand cars there?

My wife and I went Saturday night for the "dry run". Not sure when the opening day is but usually follows soon after.

Not real hip on the location for it to rake it in...Will they carry a big lunch crowd tucked away in that strip?...Is it too far away from the university?
