Old Gaucho's grill location

Does anyone know what is going in here yet? I know we've known it was out of business for quite some time, but it looks like the new remodel is just about done.

that's probably a better bet. it was a bad location for a restaurant. i think if gaucho's would have been in a better location, it would have made it. I also noticed they started tearing down the old olive garden this weekend.
