Plans show the intent to take all of the 12,286 square feet of the recently closed Red Pin as well as 1,166 square feet directly above in the old Bolero bar space. A new internal staircase will connect the two.
The space is in the Centennial Building directly north of the Harkins theater on the west side of the Bricktown Canal. The building also includes condominiums as well as Starbucks, Texadelphia and Dekora.
Although calls to HeyDay ownership were not returned, OKCTalk has learned the new owners will significantly renovate the bowling lanes, add a new bar and offer a broad menu.
Upstairs will feature arcade games and utilize the existing accordion folding doors to draw in patrons.
Plans also call for significant improvements to the patio space including shade structures along the canal, an area where Red Pin had previously paid little attention.
The filed building permit calls for $600,000 in investment, not including furniture, fixtures and equipment.

OKCTalk has also learned the remainder of the Bolero space at street level will be the home of Sussy's, an Italian restaurant with acquired recipes from the recently closed Nomad II, which had operated for decades on N. May Avenue.
