El Chico closed a few months ago and the 8,600 square foot building will get an extensive remodel including an extensive bar area and a large patio facing May.
A $500,000 building permit application was recently filed and and work should commence soon.
The Garage operates 9 locations in the Oklahoma City area, as well as outlets in Stillwater and Fayetteville, Arkansas.
