  • Unique, historic building sells in Deep Deuce

Local developer Jeff Johnson has purchased a historic building at 205 N. Walnut.

The one-story brick building was built in 1910 and has been vacant for several years.

Directly south of the Aloft Hotel, the 2,181 square foot structure sits on .21 acres of land, which includes a small grassy area to the rear (west). It is also at the north end of the Walnut Avenue Bridge which links Deep Deuce to Bricktown.

Johnson closed on the building last week for $275,000. Johnson is a partner in the recently renovated Mideke Building in Bricktown and is the lead developer for the Swanson's Tire project in Midtown.

Future use or possible tenant is undetermined.
