  • Fit Pig to bring healthy grab-and-go options to Auto Alley

    Construction has started at 722 N. Broadway in Automobile Alley for a new restaurant to be called the Fit Pig which will feature healthy dining options.


    The 1,100 square foot location will have about 20 seats but focus primarily on grab-and-go meals for the active person who is concerned about what they eat.

    The Fit Pig will also offer the option of ordering a full week's of food on-line.


    Owner Carly Faulkner previously ran a restaurant in Wisconsin and is excited to bring her passion and experience to Oklahoma City, where more and more people are seeking healthy food options: "The Fit Pig is here to offer a quick and easy solution for people on the go, great tasting, nutrient rich meals that can be enjoyed in minutes. Easy to follow instructions allow you to simply place your meal in the oven or microwave and enjoy. Our chefs source local, seasonal ingredients to ensure the highest quality and taste. You may place a weekly order on TheFitPig.com or stop by the location and choose from our daily selections. "

    The restaurant hopes to open in Mid-August and tentative hours will be 8AM to 7PM Monday through Saturday.
