I recently ate at "In The Raw" in Bricktown on the canal. The place specializes in sushi. I have to say it was actually very good. I ordered a few things, including salt-water eel, and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh everything was. The only bad thing about the place is its location, it's just in kind of an odd little area. Anyway I give it a thumbs-up, give it a try.

ITR is in 2 locations in Tulsa and is very good

Yeah, the restaurant in Bricktown is just Bricktown Raw or RAW, it's not an In The Raw as Turanacus pointed out.

Where in Bricktown is it located?

On the street level, facing the canal, directly above the dungeon / haunted ride thingy (the place with the big blow-up dragon out front). It's on the opposite side across from Bourbon Street.
