I don't know if anyone else caught it, but in yesterday's (Saturday's) Oklahoman the Real Estate insert was entirely about downtown living. It featured articles on Legacy at Arts Quarter, Block 42, The Centennial, Harvey Lots, Park Harvey, Sleber Apartment Hotel and Grocery, Brownstones at Maywood Park, Central Avenue Villas, Lofts at Maywood Park, and The Hill. It also noted that construction on Flatiron Lofts is to begin in January.
If you can still get ahold of it you may want to pick it up. It had descriptions, approximate pricing, and project status for each of these developments. |
