Ok now for all those that dont know I have a very contraversial salon in OKC.. We have been opened for a year and I was telling lunchers what trouble i had with the zoning commsion..

Well so I thought I would bring it up here and see what kinda response we got..

When I first opened I went to the planning and zoning commision expained what I was doing and let them know that I would be serving beer.. They were like Ok, we cant find a law for you so they really did not say a word to me..
Then state board was going to enact a dress code for salons so Fox 25 did a report on my shop.. Soon after that the city inspectors came by and issued me 2 warnings 1 for my sign that had beer on it and another was for serving beer ourside an ABC district sighting me as a retail distributor.. However I dont retail beer I serve it to my clients like they would get a free soda other places. After getting the run around from the city about the warnings I called fox 25 back and we did another report on the warnings that the city had issued..

Not only did the head of the zoning commision LIE on the news he issued a blanket statement that would cover anyone serving alcohol to anyone anywhere..

Well as we all know, we can never back down from a fight when we assume we are in the right. I know I am right so I wont back down.. What bothers me the most is the fact that many of the workers at the same city departments are my clients and very faithful ones, however did not back me when the lady was here to issue the warnings.

When I did not hand over my Drivers license to the inspectors she went outside and took picutres of my personal vehicle.. I will continue to fight them on this and I am sure Hott Cutz will win..
