Have you ever noticed that if you have a question about a bill that the customer service people act like they are doing you a favor to help you..

O G & E is a prime example.. I had a book keeper doing my bills and they were not being honest with me about the amount or the payments. I fired them and took these over myself. When I started doing the math on what my bookkeeper had something was not adding up.. After 2 hours with O G & E I finally got a really nice lady named Erica to help me.. She walked me through it and I finally seen what my bookkeeper did.. Actually I seen where she walked away with almost $700.00 saying she paid O G & E...lol..

I guess her electric bill was due at the same time.. LOL... Any way what are your experiences with customer service reps?

I just had a great experience with UPS last evening. They had been trying to leave a package for me and I had to sign for it personally (couldn't just sign the slip and leave it on the door...which I tried to do). Anyway, I was getting the address of where I could pick it up and after I moaned about having to go to somewhere on S. Portland, the gal asked if I'd like to have it rerouted to my office. She was very patient and kind and offered all sorts of options during our 5 - 10 minutes conversation. It was really a great experience.
