Not a good experience. Too many details.

What are they details so we know why its not a good place. Just can't tell us its bad and not give reason to why its a bad place.

Well, it may not have been them as much as it was the lender, Mortgage It, we were dealing with on this loan, but I feel like if the lender is not good, the mortgage broker job should dump em so that they don't inconveniece their clients. Been trying to close a loan since early april, kept having to postpone the closing, finally closed early this month, was supposed to fund in 3 days, and it didn't! It was no fault of the borrower at all. We felt very low on the totem pole of priorities. It delayed the closing of two other deals!
