Thumbs up Bob Howard Nissan Edmond Location

I had to take the beast (X-Terra)in for some minor engine issues yesterday.Basically after getting jacked around for a while with a certain few people I finally found someone who could help.Boy did he ever,He addressed all my issues and got my truck completly taken care of free of charge I say this because its important I was not under any extended warranty anymore. He personally took me to do a couple errands when I found out it was going to take all afternnon to get it fixed.Icing on the cake is they washed it and never gave me one little smidge of run around or crap.So Tom Methany I just wanted to say thank you!You are the Best ,you went above and way beyond what I expected for my afternoon.Your are wonderful at Customer care!

I've had good experiences there as well (I have a Nissan Sentra). I currently go to Automax Nissan, but that's only because I know the guy that runs the service department. They're very honest as well!

Bob Howard has done well with me as well. I haul my bike around in my car a lot. Somehow, it managed to break one of the interior plastic body panels. They replaced it free

The former General Manager was a friend of my family. He died on new years day at the age of 42. Cause unknown.

Had I known Bret was there I would have gone there instead of the clip joint that shafted me. Next time I will check them out.

By the way. Where will you go when Automax changes ownership?

The new ownership at Automax won't change the Service Department. That will stay in tact, as it's actually run under contract to a private company. Regardless though, I actually like the new ownership group better. It will become Denton Nissan. It will be very similar to Northwest Nissan, the old Bethany dealership that Automax bought out. Instead of being such a circus from the sales side, Mr. Denton is more of a small town man, owning dealerships in Ada, Ardmore, and a few other small towns. I think the service will actually improve.

Sorry, I made a mistake.....Automax Nissan will become Fenton Nissan. I spoke with the new owner today when I had my car in to service it. From the way it sounds the new Fenton Nissan won't be near the circus that Automax Nissan was.
