Unfortunately, you aren't the only one who has had problems with US Cellular. Their customer service lacks in professionalism and their equipment is below quality. They came in like gangbusters, promising this and that, and getting lots of business. Now, the new has worn off, their customers are having problems, and they don't want to do anything about it.
