Just a word of advice in my opinion if you may be looking into US Cellular for phone service DON'T I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. I got a phone from them about a month ago through their lifeline program the stupid thing only worked 2 days took it to a US Cell store and they were like sorry nothing we can do call customer service like they didn't even care. I called customer service and they had the same additude I was like fine how do I just cancel my account and return this phone it took them several weeks for them to send me the return lable I got a bill before the stupid lable I couldn't believe it now I am running in circle cause they want to charge me for a month and half service so just a word of caution stay away from this company I have now gone with T-mobile and I love it I have had a couple small issues but they were taken care of immediatly and have very friendly customer service.

Unfortunately, you aren't the only one who has had problems with US Cellular. Their customer service lacks in professionalism and their equipment is below quality. They came in like gangbusters, promising this and that, and getting lots of business. Now, the new has worn off, their customers are having problems, and they don't want to do anything about it.

Kinda like altell when they took over, was great at first now its worthless.
