Travel Time Incentives, K&D Promotions or Ken Decker

I am looking to see if anyone on this board has ever done business with Mr Decker or with any of his so called businesses. My wife and I purchased a vacation package from him and his business "scam" Travel Time Incentives which included a membership to Club Resort Intervals "which we have used a few times" but also included a 4 night trip to vegas for 4 including airfare and room and 4 night carnival cruise out of Galveston on the Carnival Ecstasy for 6 people. We never were able to get these vacations book and now he has gone out of business because the companies he had purchased these vactations from went out of business. We took him to small claims court and recieved a judgement against him but can not seem to get any response from him. I was just curious how many people he got to in Oklahoma and if anyone has any contact with him. If you don't please do yourself a favor and dont do business with him or any of his many different companies. He is a smooth talker but does not back up anything he says. He did not have any bad reports with the BBB when we made our purchase but now has a ton of them. He also has complaints with several different Attorney Generals offices. If you know Ken i would love to hear your horror story.

I purchased the vacation package which included the Las Vegas and cruise trips. At least you were able to get a judgement. What address did you use, and where did you file the judgement?
