Yep, did that too. Seems as though there was only ONE person who handled "claims of defective merchandise." I left a voice mail, tried calling several more times [was told things like "she left early" "she's at lunch" etc.], then gave up. According to their website, "I" had to pay postage to ship item to them, so they could "try and see IF (my emphasis) the item could be repaired (no replacement offered)." Decided my time and my dime had been stretched enough on said "defective product" and blew it off....but thought it might help others if I posted my experience here.
