A storm has never made it to Oklahoma, in documented history, as hurricane strength. Too much terrain to get through. Current indications Gustav will come into Eastern Oklahoma as a weak Tropical Storm or Depression - according to the latest models. Also looks like a front will be coming down from Kansas at the time and stall out - essentially causing massive flooding across at least the eastern part of the state.
