I actually don't think Oklahoma's ballot access law is horribly unreasonable. If the libertarian party in this state had enough votes to be significant, surely they could collect the requisite amount of signatures.... but they can't.
While I like the Libertarian platform, I think Bob Barr is someone who is past his prime. I wouldn't be voting for him anyhow.
