Instead of just arresting them, they "kicked" them "Jerked" them around and talked to them worse than some of the Texas fans when OU beats them.
I can't put into the written words some of the atrocities that I saw.....There were OVER 200 buses parked on the parking garage lot and they were flooded. The N.O. people had plenty, Plenty,PLENTY of opportunities to get the help to the people of the community. However, no one wanted to work (for a good wage) in the area. it is taking outside companies to come in and rebuild N.O. Don't blame the governor...I saw many, many Trailer Truck loads of ICE unloaded on parking lots (107 degrees outside) with ARMED military guarding them.....How fast do you think it melted????
Whew:...............Bad memories.............

Well, I do blame her for her part in that mess. And most of us don't realize it, but her part was a BIG one. Yes, I understand the supplies that went to waste. But there were other things that Homeland Security was suggesting that could have done some good. We'll never know because she kept getting in the way, assuring people she could "handle this" without all the help Homeland Security was offering. Well, she didn't handle it. She didn't screw things up all on her own, but she sure had a big hand in it.
National Geographic put out a very enlightening documentary on this not too long ago.
