Thunder, I think about it all the time but I've got pretty deep roots where I live now in Southern Cal, as I've been here 18 years.

But more than anything, it's the summers that keep me away. I have a very low tolerance for heat and humidity.

I'd love to have homes both in Cali and OKC but for the time being can't justify that. But that's the goal I'm working towards.
