I recently had out of town family from Alabama visit with the same type of reaction. First they had thought Oklahoma was all flat land and were surprised by the hilly country side.
They loved all the usual attractions with Bricktown being their favorite spot.
They were impressed by land run statues and art work downtown... buffaloes (which by the way was the first thing they ask to see "live buffalo".
After seeing the city through their eyes I was very proud of our city.
We had a great time showing them everything as well.
