Your response is very telling. First of all, I don't agree with your comment that "this City is slowly dying as far as the small business". Even if it was, it wouldn't be because people are asking legitimate questions that any reasonable person would ask. It's people like you who don't succeed in business because you don't understand the needs of your customer. You should have anticipated questions like this, but instead you chastise people for asking common sense questions. Your response is a big red flag to me. Something ain't right about this. No sale!
