Okay, this article brings absolutely nothing new to the table.

The bit it printed about the survey is laughable. Typically response rates to surveys are extremely low. They would be especially low to those who simply had nothing to report, i.e., my device hasn't been seized. What would probably be more telling would be the 7 responses versus how many individuals were surveyed.

None of these articles really present any damaging or new facts which might change my mind.
