Which loopholes?
If it's a specific statutory allowance, why is that a "loophole" rather than an informed policy decision made by Congress in order to specifically stimulate a part of the economy which will, in the end affect the prices consumers pay for goods?
The word "loophole" carries with it quite a negative connotation. Use more honest language.
Which credits or deductions (correct language, see?) would you do away with?
