ummmm....how are you going to punish McGuire for using steroids 7 years ago?
I agree that it should not be swept under the rug. There's a lot of questions that I can understand that some people want answers to, but at this point I don't see the point in any punishments. If anything, these hearings should force MLB (and in effect all professional sports) to make their drug-testing procedures a lot stricter. What punishment can anyone give?
