I think it's asking a lot of Seattle to make that a dealbreaker. Seattle technically has no control over that. Also, if makes Schutlz's lawsuit LESS beneficial to win at all- someone in SEA might own the team, but it's leased to play in Oklahoma City with no lease in Seattle. At that point, who would even want to step forward and own the team?
