I suppose that's true. One would assume with the "Lone Star" theme - but I'm sure you're right. I know more about the chain since LSF took over. The plans to begin franchising Texas Land & Cattle is exciting. It would be a great opportunity for somebody here. A lot of people around Oklahoma City know their reputation from the Texas locations. VERY good food.
Smoked steak is the specialty. Until you've actually had it - it's hard to imagine, but just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
